1. The enquiry — an enquiry lands tagged, dated and source-recorded, straight into the celebrant’s ceremonies.
2. The reply — the celebrant replies from a merged template; the couple’s details are already in it.
3. The quote — a branded quote, not a bare attachment; line items stay editable and the record keeps up.
4. The booking — once a quote’s accepted, the workspace, countdown and a drafted invoice are simply there. The celebrant wins the booking; the software files it.
5. The portal — the celebrant decides who gets into the couple portal, when, and what they see.
6. The legals — the couple’s Notice of Intended Marriage preview updates as they type; their answers reach the celebrant’s Notice on save, for the celebrant to review and submit.
