1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Celebrant Central (“the Service”), operated by Celebrant Central Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Celebrant Central is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help marriage celebrants manage their ceremonies, clients, documents, and business operations. The Service includes ceremony management, client communication, document generation, financial tracking, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Celebrant Central Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebrant Central Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before account termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
