This film shows a wedding from the couple's side, in the real app: their own page, the Notice of Intended Marriage filled in through a guided form, and their vows and files landing straight on the ceremony record. Every task on the list carries its own answer to the questions a celebrant would otherwise field by email, and nothing the couple shares arrives as an attachment for someone to go looking for.

Each partner of a couple gets their own page, carrying their date, their venue and exactly how long they have, along with what's waiting on them right now.

One row of tools sits at the top of the page, there every time they open it: messages, their checklist, helpful resources, files, quotes and agreements, and rehearsal details.

Underneath, the whole wedding sits as three stages, getting booked, preparing for the day, and ceremony day, with a marker on the one they're in.

Top of the list that matters most is the Notice of Intended Marriage. The couple works through a guided assistant one section at a time, and the real Notice of Intended Marriage form fills in beside them as they type. Their names are already on it from the booking, so nothing is typed twice.

Further down the list, a card answers the questions a celebrant would otherwise field by email: what counts as evidence, what to do if a name has changed, and that a clear photo is enough.

Every celebrant knows the chasing. The same documents, the same questions, the same reminder sent twice. This is what each party of the couple sees instead. Their date, their venue, and exactly how long they have.

Then the part every celebrant chases. Starting with the one that matters most. A guided assistant, one section at a time. And the real form fills in as they type. Their names were on it before they started, and none of it was typed twice.
Then the rest of it. Birth evidence, photo identification, the brochure, the vows. And the card answers the questions you would normally answer by email. What counts as evidence. What to do if a name has changed. That a clear photo is enough.
And it knows who does what. Some of these either of them can do. This one is Sam's, so Nina sees it greyed out.
